The Late-War Allied Machines
(1918)
In 1918, the British, French and U.S. air services came into their own.  Though not having the organizational and tactical doctrine of the Germans, they certainly had the superior machines.  The Camels, Se-5as and Spad XIIIs delivered a ferocious punch to the German Air Service, with only the Fokker D.VII able to hold its own.
